Boxing Well

Formed in September 2020, we are a not-for-profit company based in Blyth, Northumberland and we are passionate about using non-contact boxing training to improve mental health. Our methods have been getting fantastic results. We have a full time, friendly, fully qualified, fully DBS checked England Boxing coach who has a history of successfully working with a range of vulnerable service users. We are currently partnering with a local university to study the benefits of our training and it is our aim to give health professionals a genuine, effective alternative/complimentary option to treat a variety of conditions.

We are confident in our work, empathetic and pride ourselves on being able to work with absolutely anyone.
