A down to earth, relaxed event where you can switch off and tune into your beautiful surrounds. We will begin with a flowing yoga class on the beach to get you feeling refreshed, strong and limber then a quick change before diving into the sea together to ride the waves; fully supported throughout, and we will wrap up with a hot drink to finish. Suitable for ages 16+ of all abilities including total beginners. As always, all equipment is provided so you can just turn up!
